Gatekeepers Children’s Ministry – Rachel Neiswander Gatekeepers is ministry for children ages 5 to 12. We meet every Wednesday at 7:00pm and Sundays during the adult worship service at 10:30am. This ministry is where our children learn about God in a safe and fun environment.
The Children’s Ministry is where kids learn about people just like them and how God used them in mighty powerful ways. It is our desire to make the bible more than just a storybook of incredible stories and events that happened a really long time ago, but a book of promises and love letters from God specifically addressed to them.
The children are trained up to be leaders and world changers. Wednesday at 7:00 pm we give our kids the opportunity to dance, play instruments and sing. Our teachers use special projects, games and food to demonstrate key themes and memory verses in the bible. Kids learn how to communicate and share their faith with those who need to hear about the love of Jesus.
We want to empower every child to use their God-given talents and treasure the way God intended. It is our prayer that they understand their true identity in Christ and their irreplaceable place in the Kingdom.
